You can manage your Shell Credit Card through Imprint online or in the Imprint mobile app.
The Shell Performance Elite World Mastercard® can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
Yes. Autopay from your previous issuer (Citibank, N.A.) does not transfer and must be re-established in Imprint.
If you have an existing Shell Credit Card and receive a notice in the mail stating your account is being converted to a Shell Performance Elite Mastercard® by Imprint, you do not need to apply for the card. If you do not receive a physical card, you can request one in the Imprint App.
Imprint is a technology and financial services company that will manage the new Shell Performance Elite World Mastercard®. Imprint was selected by Shell to bring you an upgraded Credit Card experience with additional ways to earn rewards and enhanced account management tools.

You may add up to four authorized users if your account is in good standing. Log in to the Imprint app or at account.imprint.co/shell, tap your card image, then select "Add authorized user" under the Physical card section and fill out their details. Visit our help center article for step by step instructions on how to add an authorized users.
No. Authorized users do not have their own login credentials and cannot access the account independently. They are linked to the primary cardholder’s account and do not have a separate account of their own. Learn more authorized users at our help center article here.
Authorized user cards are mailed separately from primary cardholder cards and may arrive shortly afterward. If an authorized user has not received their card within 7–10 business days after the transition is completed, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
If you have a Shell | Fuel Rewards® Mastercard® or a Shell | Fuel Rewards® Credit Card:
In addition to your new card benefits, you will continue to save 10 cents off per gallon (up to 20 gallons) on every fill up with Shell Fuel Rewards®.
Any unredeemed rebates you've earned with Citibank, N.A. will automatically be converted into credits in your new Imprint account. You won't lose the rewards you've already earned.
If you have a Shell Platinum Select® Mastercard®:
You’ll continue to earn rewards for fuel transactions posted to your Citibank, N.A. account through April 30, 2026. After April 30, 2026, you will no longer earn the following rewards.
- 10 cents off per gallon (up to 100 gallons) on your next statement as a credit when you spend $500 - $999
- 15 cents off per gallon (up to 100 gallons) on your next statement as a credit when you spend $1,000 - $2,499
- 20 cents off per gallon (up to 100 gallons) on your next statement as a credit when you spend more than $2,499
If you have earned any rewards associated with this account, Citibank, N.A. will credit your account no later than May 15, 2026. If you have any questions, Citibank, N.A. representatives are available to assist you at the number on the back of your Shell Platinum Select® Mastercard®.
If you have a Shell Card Drive for Five® or Shell Card:
These cards don't have rebates to transfer, so you'll start fresh with the new rewards program.
The Shell Fuel Rewards® program is not offered by or administered through Imprint or First Bank & Trust.
Previous billing statements will not be available in your new Imprint account. If you need access to historical statements after the transition, please contact Imprint Support at 1 (888) 427-0544.
To ensure uninterrupted access, we strongly recommend downloading any billing statements you may need as soon as possible and no later than May 14, 2026.
